Transforming Organizations from Within

photoTransformation agents are those who will ultimately lead their organizations through the initiatives and breakthroughs necessary to create the best models for success within their organizations.

Those chosen to participate in this very select group have distinguished themselves in other programs, not only through their leadership skills and commitment to their own development, but also by demonstrating an exceptional "do or die" commitment to the future of their organizations.

Participants use project management and coaching skills while learning new skills and competencies that will enable them to be the agents of change within their organizations.

The Transformation Agent development program includes four components:

  1. Self-assessment -- using Baldrige criteria as the benchmark, we measure where the organization stands at present.
  2. Cultural discovery – we drill below the surface and beyond self-assessment to reveal the shared set of norms, beliefs, values and assumptions that have formulated an organization's culture. This process – entailing the most difficult work of the program -- exposes the real enablers and disablers of the organization's culture.
  3. Transformation initiatives – we guide participants in the art of transformation management and prepare them to lead a benchmark breakthrough project on their own.
  4. Benchmark Projects -- we require the participants to plan and create the actual model for future projects that will allow their organizations to work towards meeting all of the criteria for Baldrige-type qualification.

Consistent with Transpective methodology, the work done and skills acquired in previous Transpective programs provide the foundation and launch pad for Transformation Agent development.
